Terms of service

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not combine retail/ready to ship stock in the same order that contains preorder fabric. If you order any preorder fabric with in-stock fabric, you will be invoiced additional shipping cost. Retail and preorder can NOT be shipped together. Complete order will be sent once the Pre-Order fabric arrives.

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic process allows. Please note that product colours may vary slightly on different device screens.

We have an EXPECTED dates orders being sent out for each round. As with every round, we do our absolute best to ship before the expected date. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances do arise and the expected date may be pushed back. If the date changes, announcements will be made on all Harry’s Fabric Palace socials. Be sure to follow us to stay up to date.

All completed sales are final and no refunds will be issued for change of mind. If a product is deemed faulty, we will uphold the Australian consumer laws. Products must be return to Harry's Fabric Palace for inspection before final decision is made.
